Cannot embed images in sidebar

Hola.

I added code for progress bars on my site. They’re to show up in my sidebar. For some reason, I cannot get the blue image to embed into my background. Also, the space between the project name and the image is too far apart. Not sure what’s going on here.

Can anyone help?

PS: I’m using the pool template if you need to know that.
