Select members in new group

on creating a new group(kanpur)
if group name exist in xprofile database, then the members should be automatically lye in group.
ie. if i create a group kanpur and kanpur exist in xprofile database, then all the members belonging to kanpur should be in group (kanpur).
please suggest plugin or provide a coding for that.

it is similar to plugin auto-join-groups(but it not work for new version )
