How do I import from WordPress to WordPress??

    i’m fairly new but need some help. I have been using WordPress successfully for very simple blog in a sub directory of olddomain. We now have a new domain and have completed a NEW instal of the latest WordPress on the root level – how can i move all posts from the old site to the new site? I see several options for importing from other services…

    i’m stumped. Hopefully someone else has a better clue than i (i’m sure many do).
