Admin Portal Pages Blank

    I logged into the WordPress Admin portal today and most of the pages appear to be blank. There are a couple that are working properly.

    The left vertical navigation bar is mostly visible and the rest of the page is white. I’ve posted screen shots here.

    The last time I logged in was last Friday December 13th and everything seemed to be working fine. I haven’t made any changes since then. I was going to update it, but the Updates page is blank.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    I believe you would be best served in this forum to provide a site link for us to review…while many note to include screenshots, I have found them to be quite unhelpful…the best manner to gather help in a public forum is to share your site URL for review with multiple online tools.

    Since it’s the Admin Pages that are having trouble people would need to log-in to my account to see them. I am not comfortable posting the username & password to my website in a public forum.

    Quite right too! But an examination of the front end of your site may help in identifying your problems. So if you would like to get this resolved asap, please help us to help you and provide a site url when it is asked for.

    Why are you using an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is currently running a very real risk of being hacked? You need to upgrade WordPress asap. As you have such an old version of WordPress, you will need to carry out a series of smaller manual upgrades. See Upgrading_WordPress_Extended for the full details.

    Also, please contact your web host and ask them if they made any server side changes (such as the PHP version).

    If that is the case, you will likely need to perform a Manual Update of WP core. You are currently at WP3.3.1 which may be affected by this. (You really should update asap)

    I contacted the web host yesterday and they haven’t made any changes.

    I’m looking into how to update.

    I did a manual update to 3.8 and it seems to be ok now.
