Cache not clearing

    I have W3TC 0.9.3 installed and I just noticed that it does not seem to be clearing the cache if I click Empty All Cache. I only noticed this because of a plugin conflict (Google Analytics by Yoast with WP VIews) and when I disabled the analytics plugin the code was still there despite emptying all cache and my own browser cache. When I disable W3TC the code is not there anymore. When enabled it is back.

    memory_limit 128m

    Any ideas?
