Yext plugin not displaying the setup page properly

    I just installed the yext plugin and followed all the installation direction but when I click on Yext the screen displays “Please enter your Yext authentication code to connect your Yext account” but then only a partial box below it and nothing else on the screen. I am not able to enter my authentication code for my account.

    I then installed the plugin on another site on a different host and have the same results.

    Is there an update or a manual way to configure this plugin?
