Different Email Format

Is it possible to change slightly format of the incoming email?
1) Emails are coming from wordpress@mydomain.com, is there any way to change “wordpress” to another, like – support, etc. Changing this in settings would be a great idea.
2) Is it possible to add a stock number to a product title to the email, like “John is asked the following question about Product1, stock: product1”, with a hyperlink to a product page?
3) I used Product Enquiry plugin before and I would get emails sent with a “reply to” email of the person asking, so that if I reply to the email with question, customer would read it first. Implementing this would be awesome and then posting FAQ with a question an answer would be done separately on the product page by admin or in WooFAQs.
