Is it Responsive? Mobile ready?

Hi, tried this and seems to work on normal screen sizes , BUT when I resize the browser to a smaller screen, is cutting off parts of the boxes. AND IS THERE STILL SUPPORT FOR THIS PLUGIN because so many questions are not answered…
