oembed for comments limit to roles

I’m using the plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/oembed-in-comments/ that lets you use embeds in the comments like for youtube videos.

Is there any way I cam limit this to certain user roles? Don’t want the average user or anon to be able to use it. Thank you.
