Is the PHP mail function disabled?
i’m using Godaddy with linux hosting with the wordpress package installed

you can see a debug output trying to send an email to my email address but i never receive these email…
My mistake: I misunderstood the original posting.
My actual problem is that I’m not getting an e-mail update when the form is completed. I have filled it in a few times using different information and I have used different e-mail addresses in the form settings for the e-mail notification and still nothing. At first I didn’t think it would be a big problem since I can view the new leads from the Edit Form page, but from there I can’t actually view the complete lead with all of the information from the form, so I really need these e-mail updates.
Can you help with that?

after one hour i received the test mail…but the reply via mail after i have completed the form isn’t arrived…
What do you mean “reply via mail” ?
You don’t receive the new conversion email or you don’t get the email to the form converter?
i mean , if you login into wordpress administration , go under landing pages and then select create a forms and then edit a form linked to a landing page used to save data input from user , here you will find a button called “set mail response”
the toggle is ON and i have setup the subject to greet the user who compile the form but i never receive this email back…
Is php mail disabled on your server?
Do other plugins send emails?
Can you also set your permalinks to /%postname%/

i have checked inside the settings-email of wordpress installation and i see into mailer that is selected php mailer…but if i send a test mail from the same page i receive the test mail…so in my understanding php mailer is enabled…i have change the permalinks with your suggestion and now it is http://tradexsrlweb.com/go/tradex/ but i don’t receive any email…

There was a soft update pushed to the plugin repository just now to fix the email sending issue.
Please delete your current version (of landing pages, cta, and leads) and reinstall. (this will not remove your landing pages or stats)

I am having the same problem as described above where I do not get sent information that is completed in the forms and response emails are not sending.
I only downloaded the plugin today so I’m assuming it should be the updated version that David had mentioned 2 months ago.
If someone could help me, it would be appreciated!
