Add Tumblr

Hi,

I wanted to know if you can do with Tumblr as well. As you see here: http://kevinmchalenews.com/

It has “Follow” for Tumblr on the top right of the website. I think it works kinda similar to emails but instead this is for Tumblr obviously.

I would pay you if you can do this as well 😀
