email/social plugin

Is this the correct forum?

I am looking for a plugin that allows me to add an option to my site, a dialog box which would give visitors the option of following me on facebook, google+, etc, and to register with their email address so as to sign up for notifications from my site. The “Social Bar Settings” have all of the social sites, but not an email option. Great, if that could be added.

Any advice appreciated.
