Site coming up as text only

I finally got wordpress installed and looking like it’s working ok. However when I view it from a computer other than the web server all I see is text. Look for your self at..

I can’t figure out what is going on and I don’t know where to start. It looks fine when I browse to it on the server itself but any other PC that hits it just see’s text.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
