how to display custom posts "products"

I have made a custom post in functions.php called “products” and now I would like them to show in a gallery. I am posting reviews and pictures of the products, not selling them, so I have skipped the ecommerce plugins altogether. I just need to get them on their own page in a gallery format, but I am completely lost as to where to start.
