I don’t know of a plugin, but you can easily do it using CSS to hide the text in most themes.

You’ll need to have custom CSS (theme option or a plugin) and post a link to your site.

Depends on your theme which is why I asked you to post a link to your site.

Try adding this to the custom CSS:

.post .post-date {
   display: none;
}
