Moving from local to remote server

Im sorry for writing this post but i have searched everywhere and everything and i still cant make it work. I am sure i am doing a rookie mistake somewehere but i dont know where.

The problem is regarding wamp localhost instalation; live to localhost wordpress transfer. I have exported database and imported it in php my admin i have change the site url and home to http://localhost in wp_options, made the user with privilegies and i can get in the site but there is no theme there nor i can enter the wp-admin area and if i click on any link it shows 404. Im sure this has something to do with permalinks but i dont know how to fix it. All files were copied with ftp client to www/wordpress folders on C disk. Please help because this is frustrating.
