Sorry I missed this last month. I am not sure what you mean bu “when you see the FAQ that opens in the same page underneath the list of other FAQ”. Can you send me a link to your page?
Here is the page

Some text should be hperlinked and others should show a video but people can only see these if they open up the in a new window tab or the permalink page (url. If you click on the question in the the same page as the above page you don’t see any formatting at all.
I see what you are talking about and am looking into it. I have a of question: Do you have “show excerpts” checked in the settings? If so, try unchecking it and see what happens.
I suspect that this may be a WordPress setting, or a template setting relating to how post excerpts are displayed, perhaps the maximum number of words allowed in the excerpts is very high.
Hmmm.. I just looked at your blog page and saw short excerpts.. interesting. I will keep looking and wait to hear back from you about the excerpts setting.
OK, one thing I noticed is that you are still using version 1.3.8. Please update to 1.3.8.5, which was released last night and see if that helps any. Let me know when you have updated and made sure show excerpts is unchecked. If the problem still exists I will look into it some more.
Thanks for your reply. I have turned off my auto excerpt plugin. I’m still not seeing the video or hyperlinks – in fact now I get an excerpt! 🙂
Did you look at the Q and A Focus Plus “show excerpts” settings? That should be disabled. I notice that there is no read more link on the excerpts. This is odd.
I just updated and it’s working correctly.
Brilliant. Thank you very much! 🙂
YEAH!!!! I am thinking that something you installed after you installed version 1.3.8 messed up the answers. If it happens again after you install, or enable a plugin (I suspect the auto excerpts one) try disabling QAFP and then enabling it again. If that doesn’t fix it. Delete it and then reinstall it. Might be best to avoid the auto excerpts plugin though, at least for now.
