Changing user id ?

    I put in my wrong email address when I got into the program. WordPress let me correct the email address, but it will not let me correct the email address that is currently my user id. I would really like to get away from using my email address as my user id and replace it with my name. Can you help with this matter?

    I suppose you mean username, and not user ID. It’s not possible to change the username from the WordPress dashboard — you can only do so by hitting the database directly.

    Easier to simply create a new user with same privileges and delete the current one.
