[Plugin: wpsc-fixed-rate-shipping] – cannot add level

    updated to 1.1
    running WPEC3.8.1 on WP3.5.1
    in Settings/Store/Shipping I cannot get more than one Fixed rate shipping price (the + and – buttons do not work) – Cannot “add level”.
