It looks like you are using a child theme for twentytwelve. As a temporary troubleshooting measure, can you switch to the twentytwelve theme, do the posts display with that theme?

Yes, I do. And I tried as you say to switch to Twenty Twelve but it didn’t help. Still can’t se my posts one by one, but the main page is fine.
OK, that tells us that the problem doesn’t seem to be with a theme template.
Can you next go to settings -> permalinks, and press the [save] button (you don’t need to change anything else on the page). There’s a small chance it might fix the problem (but unlikely).
The next troubleshooting step if that didn’t fix it is to deactivate all plugins temporarily to investigate whether a plugin is causing this – does the problem still occur with the plugins deactivated? If not, activate them again one-by-one checking each time to see whether the problem comes back. If it does this will identify the plugin causing the issue.

I guess it was one of the plugins. I tried the permalinks but that didn’t help. But after I deactivated all the plugins and activated them one by one it worked! I totally forgot about that. I haven’t installed any new ones but maybe it was an update or something.
