RSS Transfer

Hi,

I have set-up my blog in the /blog directory and want to take my RSS Feed from the root directory and put it in the /blog blog.
Basically take all the posts from http://rswday.com (my current blog) and put them in http://rswday.com/blog

Does anyone know how to do this?
