Editing a Template and inserting a JavaScript

    Hello,

    I want to edit a template in order to insert a Java script.I read that you can insert Javascript into Templates.

    I am hosting on WordPress’s free blog server.

    So How do I

    a) Access the template php’s in the Server and download them ?
    b) Upload the modified template back to the Server.
