How to start site

    I installed Word Press through ipage and for some reason I have only a sample page I can’t build the home page.
    And when I type in my domain name it says that the web page is under construction.
    but when I type in my domain name/samplepage it opens up the default theme.
    I can’t figure out how to publish my homepage/domain site…
