JS files not loading after upgrade .. rogue underscore

hey all … after upgrading to 2.0.40, my lightbox js files no longer seem to be loading. I’ve already checked the paths in the advanced section of the “Lightbox Effects” tab, and they are fine in the admin. but after the page loads, i check them in firebug, and there seems to be a rogue underscore being added to the js file path right before the wordpress version query:

http://yoyodynamics.com/kbg/the-showroom is where the gallery lives.

Any thoughts?
