SSL on one page wont work

I need one page to be Secure: https://galuppisotg.com/menu/ But it wont work. It stays http://

I have done everything I can think of:

1. Checked the HTTPS boxes on the page edit
2. Added the page under domain mapping
3. Added the hook into Functions.

Nothing seems to be working
