Blank profile tab

Hi, like the app – will purchase for extended profile features, but the problem is that the only information I can see when clicking on the ‘view profile’ menu item under the ‘profile’ tab on profile page is either a location map, or a little note saying “Sorry there is no profile information availble”. Please help, I am not sure what should be here but none of the biographic info etc is appearing – what exactly should be in this section?
