all of the above is asusming that the site listed in your profile is the one youre refering to..
okay.. so I need to update to the newer version… thats no problem.. thanks for the input… but how do I get it to stop coming up as Anonymous? I want it so that when someone puts in their name… it shows up that way ont the site. I dont’ whant people to have to be logged in as a certian person to see their posts… whenever i open a new window in IE and post some fake stuff… it all seems to come out fine… but in FF its always anon…
I know I’m asking you the same question again… but I can’t tell if you’re giving me a way to fix it.

oh i see.. hmm, so you ARE putting in a name where it asks for one, and its displaying anonymous? is that what youre saying?
i just posted a comment to that blog just fine, and i see my name, clear as day. Im using firefox, too, so i dunno 🙂
Check your cookie settings in FF. You might need to adjust them….

Well, if you have them site for “originating site only” that seems to be causing some problems lately (did for me even on sites I run myself, for instance).
So that would be where to look first maybe.
I have it so that sites can set up cookies… =/ still can’t seem to find out whats going on… thanks for looking in to it guys! =D
still showing up as anon, both in my admin pannel and when i simply visit the site… no matter how many posts I do, or different things that I try… when I use FF and put in a comment… it doesn’t work… no matter what name I put in the name box… i get Anonymous
