Need Plugin for User Role over pages

I need to assign specific users with the role to edit a particular page or pages. This would be so a person could edit a page that someone else published. This would be the only role they would have but to read the other pages.

I have looked a role scoper and it will not work on my page an they are now longer working on it. Any other suggestions?
