It seems you have JavaScript errors on you edit-invoice page. You could send me admin credentials so that I’ll be able to tell you what’s exactly wrong.

I believe I have you set up as admin.
I worked on it more this weekend and was able to create a couple of invoices. However, I was not able to successfully process a transaction.
