    Hi. I have tried using three different contact forms and the submit button on all contact forms I have tried do not appear please help

    It looks like that there is some css issue which is causing this. Could you please post a link to your site with an actual contact form, so I could take a look at it?

    I am having the same issues.. I have tried 10 different contact forms and the summit button is missing? Please help!
