Why installation got Error 404?

Hi,
I try to install WordPress on my sub-domain. My case is, the sub-domain is formerly used for Blogspot then now I decide to transfer it to WordPress. Before this, I redirect my Blogspot to one of my subdomain, then when I decide to used WordPress for that subdomain, I went cutt-off the redirection at Blogger setting, and of cource after that my sub-domain cannot be open anymore.

Then I go to cPanel, and install WordPress on that subdomain straight forward using softacolous but when I try to click wp-admin of that subdomain, the error 404 appear.

How to solve it?
Is it the last redirection from Blogspot to WordPress got to do anything to my subdomain, and I need to adjust some setting on cPanel?
