I backed up my WordPress site, have a folder WPOnlineBackup with two folders inside, Database and FileSystem. How do I restore the site?

hi, I want to restore a backup as well. I have been able to download a backup with the same folders. Have you yet found out how to restore them to WordPress?

Instructions for restoration are in the Online Backup FAQ: https://wordpress.backup-technology.com/FAQ#restore. In brief, you reload the entire file system, and then create a new database and import it.
