Upload XML content via FTP

    I am trying to upload my XML file of my website’s backup which is filled with content. The “504 Gateway Time-Out” error keeps popping up and I would like to upload it directly via FTP.

    Does anyone know which folder my .xml file needs to go into for all my content to be retrieved??
