Items with count 0 not being excluded

Hi!
I was using an old version of this plugin (1.5.1), and it was working fine.

But when I try to update to the latest version, the filtering doesn’t work as expected.
Results with 0 count are still shown, when they’re supposed to be excluded from the list. And if you click on any of them you are sent to a “Not found” page.

I have deleted the previous version, and also my custom templates, and I’ve tried a fresh install, using the templates provided, but with no luck.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
