WP Dashboard css is broken, V 3.4.2.

Hi all,
My site url is working fine, however the Dashboard is a long mess of code, which leads me to believe the css has broken some how.

First off I had issues signing into my WP admin panel. I attempted the ‘lost password’ function many times, yet it only refreshed the page.

Attempting to find the problem I was led to this :

I followed the instructions to a tee. I was then able to login, however when I did the Dashboard was broken.

I’ve tried to update WordPress but no luck the back end is pretty messed up.

I’m using Crazy Domains as a Hosting provider for the site.
