• Ok I have an issue in the html editor within wordpress. I can no longer do anything as when I open the HTML editor I get

    wp-includes/js/tinymce/themes/advanced/source_editor.htm: Line 42: Expression Error: Expected non-operator, found ‘$’

I can not copy and paste from an outside editor as the update button is non existant at this point.

I have taken the above file and tried replacing it with a working one from another blog…

    Did’nt work

    I then did it again…nothing

Then I took the entire file (js/tinymce) from a working blog and downloaded it
and then replaced the one giving me trouble with a know good file.

I deleted the js/tinymce files from the server…uploaded the one from another blog..that I know was working… I did This twice …

Still got wp-includes/js/tinymce/themes/advanced/source_editor.htm: Line 42: Expression Error: Expected non-operator, found ‘$’

I also get an error code when I open the image button..
I have also tried turning off the advanced wisiwig…That did no good either…

    HHHHHEEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPP

I dont know what else to do to fix this, but I can not post content
