• Hi all,

    Recently I’m making my own website with WordPress with theme Twenty Eleven. Now I want to make my menu buttons transparent and give it opacity so that I can see the background through the buttons. And then when I hover it I want the buttons to become a little bit darker, but still see-through. The problem is that this doesn’t work, no matter what I try.. I tried to put transparent background and opacity on #access, #access a, #access li, #access div and #branding in my child css, but it won’t become see-through.. I have the idea that the buttons become see-through, but then there is something behind the buttons which doesn’t. But I don’t know what.

    I would be very happy if I could get help from you guys (and girls:)!

    Looking forward to your help.

    Thanks and greetings,
    GehaktmoleN

    I put

    #access {background: none; box-shadow: none;}

    in my CSS, but there will still be a white space behind the buttons. No change when l also add opacity to it. Could someone tell me how to get rid of this white thing so that I can see the background? Would be most appreciated! 🙂
