Would you be able to check your error_log to see if any errors have been thrown in there?
Also, what version of WordPress are you using?

unfortunately I don’t have FTP access to the server, so it’ll take a bit to get the error log. WordPress is current, version 3.7.1.

Are you able to see a list of themes in the top right corner of this page?

Yes, there is a working dropdown that includes all the installed themes (“Select theme to edit:”).
We have just updated the plugin with a new theme list loop. Hopefully this will solve your issue.
