styling Images

I’m trying to make the Instagram plugin in the footer on http://thatgotoblog.com/ look like http://garypeppergirl.com .

I have managed to get to the point where there is no gaps between images but now i need to get the images to be smaller and and make sure they fill the footer width

Unfortunately i have no FTp access so Im attempting this via css
