Build Origin bundled on custome theme

Thanks for making this awesome plugin that i looking for.

i’ve a question about this plugin, could you explain me how to make your plugin bundled with my custom theme option and add custom page from theme setting it’s similar with your vantage theme.

but i really new on wordpress theme developer,at least give me a clue what wordpress function to do that.
