Slider not responsive

Slider on home page is not responsive. I have the following code in my child theme stylesheet.

#soliloquy-container-36{
	margin-top:-35px;
	padding-bottom:10px;
	height:auto;
  }
  .soliloquy-container .soliloquy .soliloquy-slides img { max-width: 100% !important; }

The margin-top setting is to tighten up the space.
Any ideas? I have used this slider in the past with no problems.
