    Hello,

I want to ask if there is a fieldname for the coupon code value and a fieldname for the additional information block (IP, booking time)that I can use in email.
I don’t want to have all the form values inside the admin email copy, so I dan’t want to use the <%info%> block. Instead I have inserted the relevant fieldnames. When not using the info block, then there is no coupon code / additional info inserted.

    Thanks for help.

    Hi,

Please, don’t remove the <%INFO%> text from the message to send to the WordPress administrator.

For sending specific fields in the copy for user: remove the <%INFO%> text, and set the corresponding fields tags. For sending the coupon code set the <%couponcode%> text.

To use the coupon code tag in the email message will be required update your current copy plugin. Use your download link to get the latest plugin update.

I have to deactivate and then to delete the installed version before installing the new version. Do I loose all my settings, forms, database entries, submission lists related to cff when deleting the old version?

    Hi,

Don’t worry the forms and plugins settings, defined in the previous version of plugin are not modified in the update process.

    Hello,

I used my downloadlink and it installed the same version (1.0.1) that was already installed before…

    Hi,

Yes, that’s right. We have made some updates on plugin that should be present from the beginning but We have maintained the same plugin’s version.

Now, to insert specifically the couponcode in the notification email, you only should to add the following text in the notification’s message:

    <%couponcode%>

    Hello,

I used my downloadlink, and did the proposed update.
But now the problem is, that the email form field containing an email address is empty in every notification- or customer-email. You are able to insert the email address into the form on the website, in the submission list the email ist listed in the email column, but it has disappeared in all sent emails (no matter if <%info%> or <%fieldnamexx%>).

I didn’t change anything in the form, because it worked well.
