another way is to disable settings Events > Settings > General > Event Submission Forms > allow anonymous event submissions =No and/or use other wp plugin to do this.
So force event registrants to register with the wordpress site and then ban a problem user via wordpress settings?
Which reminds me, it’s time to go do a purge on the 15 or so new registrations whatsit spammer has no doubt registered in the last few hours. Ugh.
Okay actually only ten. In the last couple hours. He must be tired.
Here’s the thing, I’m not allowing anonymous registrations. So that won’t help. But I could go in and do something if I can find it that would require only people registered with the site to register. It probably wouldn’t work though, I’m pretty sure he’s filling this thing out manually every time, or has some key stroke thing set up to make it easier. It’s crazy time.
