Still can’t install WP

Hey everybody!! So I decided to make my own weblog,but……
I took local hosting for a month and registered my own domen and followed visual instructions how to install WP, but it all stopped when I should see that window with announcement to install WP(install php.) I just don’t receive that message, although I uploaded all files to server with FileZilla.
When I tape my web address it appears only as blank page….I’m getting really angry.
Please help! It’s totally SOS,because I need it page so much.

P.S. I wanna use my web for podcasting..
