email forwarding problem

If i send a test email to my gmail account through the contact page of my website (your newest form code) although it says sent successfully, it does not get forwarded. I tried to use my pop email address, yahoo, gmail to no avail. solution?

I took the form down until we figure this out and just a mailto: bla bla
