Suddenly Cannot Add Image!!

For 2 days now I have not, all of a sudden, been able to add a photo to my blog. What seems to be the problem and how do we (or you guys) fix this? I can’t even continue to have a blog without photos. I’m a food blogger. No photos, no blog. I have not changed anything and am doing it the same exact way as I always have been. What changed???? PLEASE help. Thanks!! (It won’t download all the way and stops about halfway. Then sometimes even disconnects me.)

Again, am posting exactly what I’m doing so that you can help me:

Add Media
Insert Media/Upload Files
Select Files
Drops Down/File Selected
Starts to Upload Then Stops
(*Sometimes* says I’m disconnected) Red Lettering in Pink Bar

PLEASE help!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Disable all your plugins and activate a default theme and see if you’re still not able to upload images.

I already have a default theme, I can deactivate all plugins, but how do I choose something that is already chosen

Your site is not using a default theme – those are the twenty-something themes that come with WP. So try switching to twentythirteen with all plugins off.

Yes, it’s a temporary step to try to find out what’s the cause of the problems. Have you read this thread?
