settings drop down wont drop down

    Hello

    WordPress version: WordPress 3.7.1
    WP e-Commerce version: 3.8.12.1
    Gold Cart version: 2.9.7.6

    I did this: i went to the store settings page in wp-admin to enter my authorize.net 2.0 api key and the drop down wont drop for it. it drops for the rest but not the one I need it to!
    It just sits there with the little rotating ball.

    Please help I am on a deadline!
