this does not only happen with the latest post; view a few of the latest posts in single post view to see that the sidebar is dropped there as well.

also reflected in the validation errors of a single post which also has the sidebar at the bottom:

could be from a plugin?

try deactivating all plugins to see if that solves the problem.
