Does WordPress not allow email forms?

The submit button is INSIDE the textbox. I don’t know if it’s just because of wordpress or what (it’s a wordpress page).
I highly doubt the code is wrong, but I guess you can check that too.

Because I know wordpress doesn’t let me do marquees in my posts, so maybe it’s the same with this stuff?
