3.7.1 Updated Automatically

Hey!
I’m very hesitant to new WordPress 3.7.1. automatically updates without user can select. I have always prefer and done a manual update via FTP, this update takes only 4 minutes while updating via the dashboard takes 14 minutes on my hosting. That new update increases much higher risk for themes to get messed up and also for current- and router failure. Is there any solution or plugin so you can switch and choose yourself?
